Automatic gearbox flushes and workshop services
JGS4x4 have built up an excellent reputation over the years for automatic gearbox flushes and more recently general servicing and repairs. Our gearbox flushing or megaflush service has proved so popular that we have had people travel hundreds of miles, in fact, we have even had customers travel from mainland Europe to have their gearboxes flushed by us.
We do not feel it is wise or safe and nor do we feel comfortable opening our premises up to the general public at this current time. Covid-19 is still a concern for us all, so our workshop and shop remain closed for the time being. We are not carrying out any gearbox flushes or vehicle services or repairs. Our business has always been and will continue to be mail order specialists, this is what we excel at and will continue to do so.
However, we do offer service kits, including automatic gearbox service kits with everything you need to carry out an engine or gearbox service yourself or by your local garage or mechanic.
Discovery 3, Range Rover Sport & Range Rover ZF 6 Speed Automatic Gearbox Service Kits
Our most popular service kit for the ZF6HP automatic gearbox, this kit comes with an 'easy change' metal sump and replaceable filter, with 7 litres of Liqui Moly TopTec 1800 ATF fluid. Enough to carry out a 'double flush' and change the filter. Suitable for all Land Rover Discovery, Range Rover and Range Rover Sport with the ZF 6 speed automatic gearboxes.
For those of you just wanting to change the gearbox filter, we offer the 'easy change' metal sump with a replaceable filter. The factory-fitted plastic sump has an incorporated filter and is difficult to replace due to the long pickup tube. The easy change filter kit makes it easy to replace the filter. We always recommedn using the correct grade of ATF fluid.
Discovery 1, 2 and Range Rover P38 4 Speed Automatic Gearbox Service Kits
This filter and fluid service kit for all Discovery 1, 2 and Range Rover P38 models with the 4-speed automatic gearbox allows you to drain, replace the filter and refill the gearbox with fresh, new gearbox fluid.
The RTC4653 gearbox filter and gasket kit fits all Discovery 1, 2 and Range Rover P38 models with the 4-speed automatic gearbox. We recommend to always use the correct grade of automatic gearbox fluid.
