Description
A Genuine GKN OEM replacement rear prop shaft or propeller shaft that transfers drive from the transfer gearbox to the rear differential. The prop shaft comes complete with the centre support bearing.
It is very common for the rubber around the centre support bearing to fail, which can cause vibrations and can deteriorate to the point where the propshaft can fall off.
Although it is possible to replace the centre bearing, it is not very cost-effective as it is much quicker to replace the complete prop shaft.
