Orders under £60.00 have a standard delivery charge from as little as £3.95 with options at the checkout to upgrade to faster delivery if required.
Standard Delivery
JGS4x4 uses Royal Mail 48 post for standard delivery on smaller, lighter parcels up to approx 3Kg; this is normally a 2-5 day delivery service but is not a tracked or guaranteed timed service. You have the option to pay a little extra at the checkout to upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24, this is normally a next working day delivery service with tracking but is not a guaranteed next day delivery service. We may upgrade some Royal Mail deliveries to a courier deivery at no extra charge depending on the size, weight and delivery postcode.
Larger, heavier orders are sent by DPD or Parcelforce Next Day or Two Day depending on the postcode. These are fast, reliable delivery services with full tracking and delivery time slots. We will email you the tracking details and if you supply a mobile number, we can also text them to you.
Express Delivery
You have the option at the checkout to upgrade from free delivery to Express 1-3 Day Delivery for £7.95 per 28Kg parcel. (Excludes Saturday and Sunday). * Express Delivery is normally next day but is not a guaranteed next day service. At busy times, Express Delivery orders will take priority over standard postage orders for picking and packing in our warehouse.
Saturday Delivery
Saturday delivery is available to certain areas for some products for £12.00 extra per 28Kg parcel, please contact us first.
Saturday delivery is NOT available for ALL orders and ALL products specifically any heavy, long or over-sized items.
Cut Off Time
Our cut off time for picking and dispatching orders is 2pm Monday to Friday. Any orders placed after this time may not get dispatched the same day.
Priority Dispatch Times
At busy times we cannot always pick, pack and dispatch all orders the same day, so Express Delivery and Royal Mail Tracked24 orders will take priority over standard postage orders for picking and packing in our warehouse. Our peak times are Monday and Tuesday and after any public holidays.
Stocked Items
Whilst we endeavour to stock as many items as we can, it is impossible to have every single item and part available. We show on the product page if an item is 'Normal Stock Item' or if it has to be ordered in from one of our suppliers. Order in items will not be dispatched the same day, please allow 2-3 days. If there are any problems with deliveries, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Priority Dispatch Times
Stock availability is becoming an increasing problem since Brexit, Covid and now the energy crisis affects manuafcturers and the supply chain. The worst affected parts are Genuine Land Rover, OEM and some OE parts. If we cannot source a part from one of our many suppliers, we will let you know as soon as possible.

(*3) Courier service is normally 2-3 days but can take longer to some remote areas. Does not include Saturday or Sunday's. The courier used will depend on the postcode and goods ordered but is normally DPD, Parcelforce or TNT.
