It takes away all the extra weight and stresses your current spare wheel is putting on the rear door.
The swing-away spare wheel carrier bolts to your rear cross member and opens with the rear door.
It is suitable for all hardtop Series and Defender models with a side-hinged rear door. Not suitable for drop-down tailgates or soft-top models.

Defender, 1984-2016, All hardtop models with side hinged rear door.
