Where Is My Order?

We know how important it is to get the item you ordered quickly and safely.

  • Orders dispatched by Royal Mail 48 are usually delivered within 1-3 working days.

  • Royal Mail 24 is normally next day. If you have not received your order within 7 working days please let us know.

  • Airmail can take 5-7 days, sometimes longer to other countries. Please allow 14 days.

  • Orders dispatched by DPD and UKMail on a Next Day service are delivered the next working. JGS4x4 and DPD will email you with the tracking number on the day we dispatch your order. DPD will send a text with an estimated delivery time on the day of delivery.

  • DPD and UKMail delivery services to Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and other more remote areas can take 2-5 days. 

When we dispatch your order we send you an email to confirm this.  This will show the shipping service used, for example Royal Mail 24 or DPD Next day. Some shipping services have a tracking service, if this is included we will include the tracking number on the email.
