Klarna is an independent payment provider that may allow eligible customers to choose an alternative way to pay for an order.
Where Klarna is available, you can select it from the payment options shown during the JGS4x4 checkout process. Klarna will then display the available options, payment information and relevant terms before you decide whether to proceed.
Klarna provides the payment service and makes all decisions concerning eligibility, available payment options and approval. JGS4x4 cannot approve or alter a Klarna payment decision.

Who decides whether Klarna is available?
Klarna independently determines whether it can offer a payment option for a particular customer and transaction. JGS4x4 does not receive the details of Klarna’s assessment and cannot influence its decision.

Klarna may consider information about you and the proposed transaction when deciding which options to display.
Options may vary
Not every Klarna option is available to every customer, product, basket value or order.
JGS4x4 cannot intervene
We cannot approve an application, change a Klarna decision or arrange a different Klarna payment schedule.
Your agreement is with Klarna
When you select a Klarna payment option, the associated payment or credit agreement is between you and Klarna.
Klarna is responsible for providing the agreement terms, collecting payments, managing your payment schedule and dealing with questions about the Klarna service.
Your contract for the purchase and supply of the products remains with JGS4x4.

Before confirming a Klarna payment option, check the total amount, payment dates and any other conditions shown by Klarna.
Make sure the contact and billing information supplied during checkout is accurate and matches the information you provide to Klarna.
Keep copies of the confirmation and payment information sent to you after completing the order.

Order and delivery enquiries
Contact JGS4x4 about the products supplied, order processing, dispatch, delivery, returns or warranty enquiries.
Returns
Complete the appropriate JGS4x4 returns process before sending products back. Returning goods does not automatically cancel an outstanding Klarna payment.
Refunds
Once JGS4x4 processes an eligible refund, the information is passed through the payment system so Klarna can update your account or payment schedule.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a JGS4x4 account to use Klarna?
No. You may use the JGS4x4 guest checkout where available. Klarna may still require information from you to provide its payment service.
Why is Klarna not shown at checkout?
Payment methods can depend on the order, products, basket value, customer details and Klarna’s own eligibility requirements. JGS4x4 cannot manually add Klarna to an order when it is not offered.
Can JGS4x4 change my Klarna payment date?
No. Payment schedules and changes to a Klarna agreement are managed by Klarna. Contact Klarna through its website or app for help with a payment.
What happens if I return part of my order?
After JGS4x4 receives and accepts the return, we process the applicable refund. Klarna will then update the payment arrangement according to its procedures.
Who should I contact about a declined Klarna payment?
Contact Klarna directly. JGS4x4 is not given the reason for Klarna’s decision and cannot request that it is changed.
