Returns and Warranty
Choose the option below that best describes your situation. Using the correct form helps us deal with your request as quickly as possible.
Ask if your item is eligible for return
Our chat assistant can check return conditions and eligibility instantly — no waiting for an email reply, available any time of day or night.
We aim to respond within 24 hours
We often respond much sooner during normal working hours. Once we receive a returned item, refunds are normally processed within 5 working days. Responses may take longer at weekends, on bank holidays or during particularly busy periods.

Returning an Unwanted Item
Please check that your item meets the return conditions before completing the returns form.
Return period
Unwanted items should normally be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Item condition
The item must be unused, unfitted and returned in clean, resaleable condition. Please retain and protect all original product packaging.
Return authorisation
Please complete the returns form and wait for return instructions before sending anything back.
Please protect the original product packaging
Wherever possible, unwanted items should be returned in their original, clean and undamaged boxes, bags or packets, with all labels and inserts still present.
Please do not write on, tape, stick courier labels to or otherwise mark the product packaging. Place the packaged item inside a separate outer box or suitable mailing bag for its return journey.
Items requiring special consideration
Certain products may not be eligible for our standard unwanted-item return process once they have been opened, fitted, used, contaminated, registered, activated or had a protective or tamper-evident seal removed.
Braking and safety-critical parts
Brake components and other safety-critical products should not be fitted, used or contaminated if you intend to return them as unwanted. Once fitted or used, they cannot normally be resold as new and may need to be dealt with through the warranty process instead.
Sealed products
Products supplied with protective, hygiene, security or tamper-evident seals should remain sealed until you are certain they are required. Removing a seal may affect whether the item can be accepted as an unwanted return.
Diagnostic equipment and software
Diagnostic tools, interfaces and related software may become linked to a user, vehicle, account, licence or serial number once registered or activated. Please confirm suitability before registration or activation, as this may prevent the product from being resold or returned as unwanted.
Please contact us before opening, fitting, registering or activating an item if you are unsure whether it is suitable or returnable.
The essentials
- Return within 30 days of delivery, unused and in resaleable condition.
- We don't offer exchanges — return the item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
- Please return any accessories, instructions, labels or inserts supplied with the product.
Full return conditions (exceptions and charges)
These exceptions rarely apply and are usually only relevant if a return is well outside the 30-day window or comes back in a condition that needs repackaging before it can be resold:
- Special-order items cannot normally be cancelled or returned.
- Where handling, use, missing contents, registration, activation or damaged or marked packaging reduces the resale value of an unwanted item, an appropriate deduction may be made from the refund where permitted.
- Delivery costs we have incurred and a restocking charge of up to 15% of the net item price may be deducted where applicable. In practice this is rarely charged and is generally reserved for late or poorly repackaged returns.
- We recommend using a tracked and adequately insured return service, as returned goods remain your responsibility until received by us.
These conditions relate to unwanted-item returns and do not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.

Order information
Provide your order or invoice number, delivery postcode and the email address used when placing the order.
Detailed fault description
Do not simply state that the item is “faulty”, “broken” or “does not work”. Describe the exact symptoms, what happened immediately before the failure, how long the item had been fitted, any noises, movement, leaks, warning lights or visible damage, and the checks or tests used to identify the problem.
Photographs and fitting details
Include clear photographs and details of who fitted the item, along with any relevant diagnosis or test results.
Please do not return anything until authorised
Complete the appropriate form and wait for our instructions before sending any item back. Returns sent without authorisation or the required return reference may be delayed or refused.
