JGS4x4 Returns Policy

Our no-fuss, hassle-free 30-day returns policy means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original, unused condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact). We may deduct or charge you any delivery costs we have incurred and a restocking fee of up to 15% of the net price of the item(s).

We may reject returned items where the item or the packaging is ripped, torn, dirty, covered in oil, grease, gaffer tape or writing on the box.

We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. Please note that we reserve the right to return items to you that have been returned to us after 30 days unless they are faulty. For your protection, we recommend using a recorded-delivery or tracked service. 

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we deliver the item to you in error or if the item is damaged or defective.

Some items cannot be returned if the security or tamper-evident seal has been broken or, in the case of diagnostic equipment, if the unit has been unlocked and registered. Such items are excluded from our standard returns policy. These items include, for example, but not exclusively: Brake pads, hydraulic brake parts, timing belts, Genuine Land Rover parts, clutches, suspension compressors, and diagnostic tools.

 

Returning Goods 

Before returning any goods, please complete our simple returns form. We will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorisation or RMA number for you to include with the goods being returned. Any parcels received without this information will not be processed without exception.

Cancellation Policy 

You can cancel an order placed through our on-line shop if adequate notice is given before we dispatch the order. Once an order has been picked, packed and/or dispatched it cannot be cancelled but the goods can be returned in accordance with our return policy above after they have been received.

Warranty Claims

Any items or parts that have arrived damaged or failed during fitting or whilst being driven must have the correct warranty form completed before being returned to us.
