This Dayco auxiliary drive belt (PQS101500) is an OEM branded replacement belt for Land Rover Defender Td5 models with air conditioning and Discovery 2 Td5 models with air conditioning but without ACE.
The auxiliary drive belt runs key engine ancillaries including the alternator and air conditioning system. A worn, cracked or slipping belt can cause squealing noises, poor charging, loss of air conditioning drive or, if ignored, a breakdown.
