Description
This is the gasket that fits behind the water pump on All Land Rover 300TDi engines and is commonly known as the 'P' gasket.
This is the modified metal type gasket that replaces the original fibre type gasket.
It is common for this gasket to fail causing a slight weep at first of coolant down the engine block, behind the alternator.
A quality replacement part, equivalent to Land Rover part number: PET100790
Suitable for the following models:
Land Rover: Defender, 2.5 300TDi, 1994-1998
Land Rover: Discovery 1, 2.5 300TDi, 1994-1998
