The hydraulic clutch system in your Land Rover uses rigid pipes for the most part, but there is a flexible rubber brake hose to allow for movement of the body and transmission. Unfortunately, these hoses can perish and split over time, or the connections can corrode, causing a loss in hydraulic pressure and ultimately not being able to disengage the clutch.
