Description
The bump stops are fitted to the chassis, both sides of the vehicle and are to prevent the axle hitting the chassis at full axle articulation, they often corrode and the rubber falls off. If you have one damaged or missing it is an MOT failure. Extended polyurethane bump stops should be used on vehicles with raised suspension to prevent the shock absorbers from bottoming out.
