ANR1808 is a replacement rubber engine and transmission mounting for selected 4-cylinder Land Rover Defender applications. Depending on the vehicle and engine specification, it is used as either an engine mounting or a gearbox / transmission mounting.

The rubber mounting helps support the engine or transmission while isolating vibration from the chassis. With age the rubber can soften, split or deteriorate, allowing excessive drivetrain movement and causing increased vibration, knocking or movement when accelerating, changing gear or taking up drive. ANR1808 also supersedes the earlier part number NRC9560.
