DA4634 is a high-performance intercooler for Land Rover Defender Td5, 2.4 and 2.2 models, including vehicles fitted with air conditioning. Constructed from polished aluminium, it is approximately 30% larger than the standard intercooler to provide increased cooling capacity for the intake air before it enters the engine.

By reducing intake air temperature, this uprated intercooler can help improve engine performance, throttle response and efficiency. Depending on the vehicle setup and application, power gains of up to 25bhp may be possible, particularly when used alongside suitable engine tuning.
