The Terrafirma Red Booster Servo Clutch Kit is designed to dramatically reduce clutch pedal effort on TD5-powered Land Rover Defender models. By adding vacuum-assisted operation to the clutch system, the Red Booster makes the clutch significantly lighter and easier to use, particularly in heavy traffic, off-road situations and daily driving.
Working in a similar way to a brake servo, the system mounts between the clutch pedal and master cylinder and uses engine vacuum to assist clutch operation. The result is a smoother, lighter pedal that reduces driver fatigue without affecting clutch control or performance.
