Where Is My Order?
We understand how important it is to receive your order quickly and safely. If you have not received your order within 7 working days, please contact us. Orders dispatched with DPD or Parcelforce on a Next Day service are normally delivered the next working day. On the day of dispatch, you will receive an email from JGS4x4 with your tracking number. DPD and Parcelforce will also send a text message on the day of delivery with your estimated delivery time. Note: Deliveries to Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and other remote areas may take 2–5 working days or longer. When your order is dispatched, we will send you an email confirming the shipping service used (e.g., Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DPD Next Day), along with the tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Some orders may be drop-shipped directly from our suppliers using carriers such as APC, TNT, or FedEx. Tracking numbers for these shipments may not be available immediately, but can usually be requested and may become available the day after dispatch.
