Delivery Enquiry Form
Use this form if you have a question about the dispatch, tracking or delivery of an order placed with JGS4x4.
We aim to respond within 24 hours
We often respond much sooner during normal working hours. Responses may take longer at weekends, on bank holidays or during particularly busy periods.
Information we need
Please provide enough information for us to identify your order and investigate the delivery. Your enquiry should include:
- Your order or invoice number.
- The delivery postcode.
- The email address used when placing the order.
- The tracking number, if available.
- A clear explanation of the delivery problem.
Please check your tracking first
If your order has been dispatched, your dispatch email should include the courier name and tracking information. Please check the latest tracking update before submitting this form.
Courier tracking may show whether the parcel is still moving through the network, awaiting another delivery attempt, available at a collection point or being returned to us.
Before submitting a delivery enquiry
Check the delivery address
Check the delivery address shown on your order confirmation and dispatch email. Please tell us immediately if any part of the address is incorrect or incomplete.
Allow for working days
Delivery estimates are normally based on working days and do not include weekends or bank holidays. Some remote areas may also take longer.
Explain what has happened
Tell us whether the parcel is late, marked as delivered but missing, damaged, being returned or showing no recent tracking movement.
Vague or incomplete enquiries take longer
A message such as “where is my order?” without an order number, delivery postcode or matching email address may not give us enough information to identify the order. We will need to ask for the missing details before we can investigate.
