Delivery/Shipping Enquiry Form

If you have not received your order when expected or some of the items are missing or damaged, please use this form to let us know.

We always send a dispatch email on the day that we dispatch your order with details of the courier, delivery service and tracking details. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery.

If the tracking shows that the item has been delivered, please check in any safe places, porches, outbuildings etc and check with any neighbours.

If we have not yet dispatched your order, please check which delivery method you chose and if any of the parts ordered had to be ordered in, especially for your order. This can sometimes take a few days extra before we can dispatch your order.

Finally, weekends and Bank Holidays are not classed as working or delivery days. An order dispatched on Friday may not arrive until Monday or Tuesday.
