Use this form for a general question about an order you have already placed with JGS4x4, including its contents, current status or an amendment you need us to consider.

We aim to respond within 24 hours and often much sooner during normal working hours. Responses may take longer at weekends, on bank holidays or during particularly busy periods.

Please provide your order or invoice number, delivery postcode and the email address used when placing the order.

Where possible, complete the form using the same email address shown on the order. This helps us find the correct order quickly and reduces the need for additional questions.

Use the email address entered at checkout where possible, or tell us if you are contacting us from a different address.

Explain exactly what you need help with and identify any product or quantity concerned.

Messages such as “Where is my order?” or “There is a problem” without an order number or explanation may take longer to resolve.

Checking your order

Your order acknowledgement confirms the products, delivery address and email address entered at checkout.

Please check this information before contacting us, particularly if the enquiry concerns an incorrect address, product or quantity.

Dispatch information

When an order is dispatched, we send an email containing the dispatch details, tracking information where available and a PDF VAT invoice.

Please check your inbox, spam or junk folder and any delivery messages from the courier before submitting an enquiry.
