This TDI Aluminium Coolant Expansion Header Tank is designed for Defender models equipped with 200TDI, 300TDI, and V8 engines from 1989 to 1998. Crafted from 2mm aluminium, it is laser cut, CNC folded, and fully TIG welded to ensure durability and a premium finish. The tank retains the original mounts and hose connections, and the cap thread is compatible with the original plastic pressure cap. It also fits earlier models with the lozenge-shaped metal tank with minor modifications, providing a robust and long-lasting cooling system component.
