Constructed from food grade, premium, long lasting heat resistant cordierite materials which is easy to clean. Suggested for use with Dellonda Model No. DG159 22" (56cm) Kamado Grill or any suitably sized BBQ, grill or oven that is 15" (38cm) in size. Fire-safe, natural, untainted and moisture absorbent for a wonderful crispy pizza base.
