Description
This aluminium coolant expansion header tank is designed for Discovery 1 models equipped with 200TDi and 300TDi engines. Manufactured from 2mm aluminium, it is laser cut, CNC folded, and fully TIG welded to ensure durability and a premium finish. The tank retains the original mounts and hose connections, and the cap thread is compatible with the original plastic pressure cap. It also fits earlier models with the lozenge-shaped metal tank with minor modifications. This robust header tank offers a reliable solution to the common issue of plastic tanks splitting due to constant heating and cooling cycles.
