This comprehensive timing belt kit contains the essential components required when carrying out a full cambelt service on early 2.7 TdV6 diesel engines fitted to Range Rover Sport L320 models. The kit includes both the front camshaft timing belt and the rear high-pressure fuel pump timing belt, together with tensioners, idler pulleys and the auxiliary drive belt.

The 2.7 TdV6 engine uses two timing belts. The primary front belt drives the camshafts, while a secondary rear belt drives the high-pressure fuel pump. Land Rover specifies that both belts should be replaced together as part of routine maintenance.

The recommended service interval for the 2.7 TdV6 timing belts is typically 105,000 miles or 7 years, whichever occurs first. Replacing both belts together along with the tensioners and idlers helps ensure correct engine timing and reduces the risk of costly engine damage caused by belt or pulley failure.

Important:
Some Range Rover Sport models are fitted with ACE (Active Cornering Enhancement). The timing belts and pulleys are the same, however the auxiliary drive belt differs on ACE-equipped vehicles. This kit includes the auxiliary belt for vehicles without ACE.

The 2.7 TdV6 engine used in early Range Rover Sport and Discovery 3 models requires replacement of both the front cam belt and rear fuel pump belt as part of the scheduled timing belt service.
